Gabe Krambs, JD
Gabe leads the engineering team in building the Alternativ software platform.
Gabe has spent most of the last 20 years building software. In 2012 he co-founded CS Disco, a legal technology company, which went public in 2021 (NYSE: $LAW). The CS Disco platform automated the litigation discovery process, enabling lawyers to spend more time on tasks that improved client relationships and outcomes - tasks that made good lawyers want to become lawyers in the first place. Gabe sees many parallels to the wealth industry, and is excited to be designing software that enables advisors to spend more time being true advocates and building their practice, and less time fighting with software and process.
Prior to CS Disco, he was co-founder and CTO of TrustEgg, a savings tool for children and parents that was backed by Silicon Valley accelerator Y Combinator. He’s held technical and leadership positions at Amazon, Zendesk, and Infosec.
He lives in Madison, WI with his wife and three young children.
Education
Gabe has bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics, and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
